  3. Contacting you to arrange and co-ordinate delivery and safe receipt of our products and services.
  4. Credit or other payment means; we use your payment information for accounting, billing and audit purposes including statutory taxation and VAT returns.
  5. Marketing: from time to time we may contact you with information regarding our promotions and or ancillary products via e-communications. You will have the choice to opt in or opt out of receiving such communications by indicating your choice on our website or on visiting our showroom. You will also be given the opportunity on every e-communication that we send you to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing material and be removed from such future lists.
  6. Administrative or legal purposes: we use your data to meet the above requirements. By providing any personal data you explicitly agree that we may use it to perform our activities in accordance with this Privacy Policy;
  7. We will only process your personal data where we have a legal basis to do so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons we have collected and need to use your personal data for.

While The Heritage Stone Company operates businesses in multiple jurisdictions, some of which are not located in the European Economic Area (EEA), such, Indian, Egypt and China no client personal data is ever pasted or transferred internationally. The only exception to this may be a clients “name” as point of reference for a bespoke order.
